Foster Care

To support our students in foster care, the CCSD Community Engagement Specialists act as a point of contact to act as a liaison between the district and local Department of Human Resources agency. The point of contact will work to efficiently coordinate transportation, advocate for the student and provide resources and support until there is a permanent plan for the child in foster care.
