Grant Application

A copy of this form must be filed along with a copy of the grant or program application prior to submitting materials to the receiving agency. ALL GRANTS/PROGRAMS MUST BE SIGNED AND MAILED BY THE BOARD SECRETARY. Applications will not be needed for any grant that requires Board approval prior to submitting (Title I, Phase III, At-Risk, ELP) Return materials to Angela Morrison, Chief Financial Officer.
